Getting to know me? Well, let’s stop right there because I’m still getting to know me.
I’m a firm believer of to never stop growing, learning, or progressing in life. The minute you do, you become dead. If I have to describe myself in a few words, I would say: I love life ( isn’t that what my wife said too )?
Lombok, Indonesia
My history starts with me being born in Atlanta, GA ( believe it or not ) and growing up in Stone Mountain, GA. With the influence of family and friends, I always tried to be the best at everything. That lead me to give my heart and soul to the game of baseball.
I walked onto a JV College team and at the start of my career, I was at the very bottom “as a matter of fact” the 6th 2nd baseman on the depth chart of my team. By the time I graduated I was starting on the varsity team and played in the world series, even tried out with the Atlanta Braves, Arizona Diamondbacks and the Pittsburg Pirates. After 2 years working in Atlanta, I knew there was something more than the planet had to offer.
Vail, CO
I would stay up late watching surf and snowboard movies and dreamed of that lifestyle to be mine. So my best friend and I broke up with our girlfriends, quit our jobs and moved to Vail, CO. Within a season through stoke and hard work, I became a snowboarder instructor ( which I’m still currently).
After that first season, I went and lived with an amazing family in South Africa and learned to surf. My mind was blown at what those two sports had to offer and how they were an off beaten track of traveling the world chasing snow and waves. The following season I moved to Costa Rica which has forever changed my life. It has opened my eyes, heart, and soul to a much purer form of life that didn’t seem to exist in my previous experiences.

Vail, CO
After my first season snowboarding in Vail I met my best friend and future wife. From that time forward we have shared the most love and amazing times together, moving every six months and traveling the world. To this day we followed our passions and dreams to be the happiest couple I know.

Joshua Tree, CA
We have traveled to almost 40 countries together and I have surfed in almost 30 of them. I can’t wait to keep continuing this alternative lifestyle and this ride called life for many years to come.
